Payment Information
When purchasing services, payment information is processed through Stripe.
I may receive transaction details such as your name, email address, billing information, payment status, purchase amount, and transaction history.
Full payment card details are handled by Stripe rather than collected directly through my website.

Private Zoom Sessions
Private mentorship sessions are conducted through Zoom. Sessions are not recorded by Brent Spirit unless recording is separately discussed and agreed upon in advance.
Neither party may record a private session without the other's prior consent.
WhatsApp Messaging
Clients may communicate through WhatsApp using text messages and voice notes.
WhatsApp is a third-party communication platform with its own privacy practices, technical systems, and security limitations.
Although WhatsApp provides security features, no electronic communication system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Clients are encouraged to exercise discretion when sharing highly sensitive information electronically.
Confidentiality Limitations
Personal information may be disclosed where required or permitted by law, including circumstances involving valid legal obligations.
Private mentorship information will not be shared publicly without your permission.
6. Community Q&A Sessions & Public Content
Brent Spirit hosts free community Q&A sessions about Kundalini awakening and spiritual development.
Recording Notice
Community Q&A sessions are recorded. Participants are informed of this before registering and again when joining the Zoom call.
Use of Recordings
Recordings may be edited, divided into individual questions and answers, or compiled into longer educational content.
Selected recordings may be published on YouTube, podcasts, social media, the Brent Spirit website, or other public platforms.
Depending on how participants engage during the meeting, recordings may contain identifiable information such as names, voices, images, or personal stories.
Any identifiable recording or contribution will only be publicly shared where appropriate consent has been obtained.
Participant Privacy
Community sessions involve other participants and should not be considered confidential private mentorship.
Participants should consider what personal information they choose to share during recorded discussions.

Published Content
Once a recording has been published, copies or excerpts may be retained, downloaded, or redistributed by third parties beyond Brent Spirit's control.

Brent Spirit uses Kit (formerly ConvertKit) to manage email subscribers, deliver free resources, send newsletters, and organize automated email communications.

Previously distributed or independently copied material may not be fully retractable.
