Guidelines
-
We’re all busy, especially with Kundalini. Please come and go as you need. Within the first ~10 minutes of the meeting, we meditate in silence for 5 minutes. If you are late, please wait. You will be admitted to the Zoom call once the meditation is over.
-
To maintain your privacy, you may use an alias. Turning your camera on is encouraged, but not mandatory. You can type in the chat or use audio alone.
-
This keeps us on track and helps the recording to be clear. Raise your hand or type in the chat. Begin typed questions with “QUESTION:”
-
We are all fellow travelers. Some are tired, hurting, and lost. Healthy discussion is welcome. Rudeness and judgment are not.
-
Nobody has all the answers. We are having conversations and figuring it out together. Practice discernment and critical thinking.
-
Please be aware that this group meets to hold space for and discuss all aspects of the human experience. Some of the topics may be triggering.
-
Sharing relevant resources (books, teachers, guides, etc.) is encouraged. Promotion of oneself or others is not. Please note the difference.
-
If another member is harassing you or promoting their services in private, please send me a line: info@brentspirit.com
